For some reason this post makes me think of drawing out photosynthesis I & II in a class from a certain science teacher! It is amazing what God can do with sunlight - I mean who else could think of taking light beams and turning them into such a colorfully crunchy and exceptionally edible salad?
oh Yum! Makes me hungry just looking at it! :) Saralyn has a little "salad" growing, too...on her porch. Gardening is a good thing. Maybe someday I will do it. ;)
This post made me break out in a grin! Since getting home from Africa I've been stuffing myself with many varieties of salads. I didn't know how much I missed a good lettuce salad!
Love it! Just gorgeous : )
